Unfold with the printed side down. Refer to the first diagram with each step

To create the back pocket, fold the back pocket piece (#1) up an around making your folds nice and crisp.

To create the center section, fold piece (#2) up and around, locking into slots provided, this holds the two pockets together.

To create the front three sections, fold the entire section (#3) onto (#4). See diagram.

Bring the two small sections A & B up, facing you.

5.

To finish the front sections, bring the entire piece up, locking the divided section into the slots provided.

6.

Last, fold the back and sides (#6) into place locking the tabs into place just behind the printed front.
